If you’re looking for a furniture store I trust, you could turn to: EDWARDS FURNITURE.
We have investigated EDWARDS FURNITURE, and its owners Kurt and Bryon Smith. We dug into their history. We have looked at their services, and the way they treat their clients. As a result, I endorse EDWARDS FURNITURE, and I am proud to declare them GEPHARDT APPROVED.
“We’re beyond thrilled with our purchase and we will definitely go back.” – Terry Spencer, customer.
“My mother-in-law and sister-in-law finally talked me into checking this place out,” customer Terry Spencer told us. “My husband and I had gone to three stores trying to find a bedroom furniture set. My mother-in-law has been shopping at EDWARDS FURNITURE her entire life. We realized right away why she keeps going back.”
“We offer unique pieces to distinguish your home.”
“We have been in business since 1880,” says EDWARDS FURNITURE co-owner Bryon Smith. “For over 130 years we have been helping people all over the country buy quality pieces to distinguish their homes.”
Bryon tells me that EDWARDS FURNITURE has been in its Logan, Utah location since the inception of the company. “Our Main Street location is beautiful and it is easily recognized by members of the community. In 1996 we opened a second location in Providence to help meet our customer’s needs.”
Bryon tells me his business specializes in all things furniture. “We have a huge selection for our customers, and the selection is a bit different at each store. We try and have some pieces that are imported, and pieces that are domestic. Many of our domestic lines provide a variety of different fabrics. We carry a variety of popular mattresses and accessories to decorate your home.”
“We were blown away by all of the help we received.” – Terry Spencer, customer.
“One thing you will notice about our showroom is our staff. We believe the furniture will sell itself and there is no need for a high pressure sales environment. A lot of times our clients will tell us they shopped around at our competitors and they felt like they were at an auto dealer. We don’t believe in that. We want you to love what you’re buying,” says Bryon.
“We were blown away by all of the help we received,” says customer Terry Spencer. “The sales people were very patient, friendly, and really took the time to help us get what we wanted. When it came time to deliver we were thrilled to find out they would deliver it to our home, 1.5 hours from their store. I really can’t say enough good things about the service we received.”
Bryon says because of the small town feel, he often finds himself in his customer’s homes. “Logan and Providence are small, tight knit communities. I know my customers on a personal level. When I am at their house they love showing off the furniture they purchased at one of my stores. It’s a great feeling knowing that we provide a great service to the community.”
Customer service is a huge priority for Bryon. “I have learned over the years that excellent customer service might include going out to our customer’s home. If a customer has an issue with the product we want to get it resolved. I have personally been out to a customer’s home many times to address the situation, and to see what we could do to rectify it. We want our customers to know that they’re in good hands.”
So there you go: EDWARDS FURNITURE. Now you know what I know about EDWARDS FURNITURE, and its owners Bryon and Kurt Smith. You know about their services, and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
