Even if we are not on your insurance company’s repair program, you have the right to bring it to us.
“Each insurance company has its own set of guidelines, and we will work with the insurance companies to get the best we can for the customer. But…we never bill a customer for something the insurance company won’t pay for. Instead, we work it out with the insurance company.”
“I just think he’s honest,” says Judy Hokanson. Judy and Von say they now take their car to A.U.T.O. Collision all the time for little nicks, dings, and dents. “Chris is really a nice guy, and he does the work for literally about a third of the price of other shops.”
