The Auto Dealers Code of Ethics is a policy I believe Brent Brown Toyota has been following anyway.
That’s just one reason why I am proud to proclaim the dealership Gephardt Approved
Brent Brown himself has been in the new car sales business since 1984. He purchased a dealership in Utah County in 1986, and he has been able to grow by adopting the policy that customer satisfaction is first, and profitability will follow.
The Auto Dealers Code of Ethics is a policy I believe Brent Brown Toyota/Scion has been following anyway.
If you walk into his Orem showroom, you’ll see prominently displayed his guiding principles: Team Satisfaction, Guest Satisfaction, Profitability, Integrity, and Innovation. Brent seems to have turned all that into his advertising signature, “Bending Over Backwards For You!”
Brent wants to hear from you when things go right or when things go wrong. In fact (and this really works, I tried it), he offers his personal cell phone number to anyone to call him personally any time.
If you don’t have his personal cell phone number, a customer can call the main dealership number, and they will transfer you directly to Brent Brown’s cell phone.
So, there you go: Brent Brown Toyota. Now you know why I am proud to endorse the dealership, and you know why I am proud to declare the dealership Gephardt Approved.
