If you’re looking for a car dealership, and you’re looking for one I trust, you could turn to: PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI.
I have investigated PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI, and its owner James Painter. I dug into their history, and their services. I have looked at how they treat their customers. Further, PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI has agreed to follow the Gephardt Approved Auto Dealers Code of Ethics, which goes above and beyond state and federal laws in the treatment of customers. As a result, I endorse PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI, and I am proud to declare them GEPHARDT APPROVED.
“We make car buying a pleasant experience.”
“We believe in personal service,” says PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI General Manager Patrick Painter. “My brothers and I want our customers to know they will be taken care of. We’ll oversee detail about the delivery of your new purchase right down to washing your vehicle ourselves.”
“In business since 1984.”
Patrick tells me PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI is a family owned and operated business that has been serving St. George residents since 1984. “The business was started by my grandfather and his brother, and then later purchased by my father. My grandfather was a lover of people and cars. His brother had served as a military mechanic and really knew his way around cars. Together they began fixing up cars and selling them.”
Patrick tells me their St. George location sells new and used Mitsubishi’s. “All of the used cars that we sell go through an inspection before we sell them to customers. We have the latest equipment. For example, we have a tech brake lathe that finishes the brake rotors to within 6/1000ths of an inch. Our rotor matching system is so good applying your brakes is like stepping barefoot on a silk pillow. We also look at transmission, engine, fluids, filters, tires, and alignment. We want to sell you a great, reliable car, and we make every effort we can to get it in good shape before we sell it to you.”
“We make car buying a pleasant experience,” says Patrick. “We want this to be an easy and enjoyable experience. When my grandfather started the business he started it with a handshake mentality. He wanted customers to know they would be well taken care of. We still live by those same principles today.”
“We treat our customers like family.”
“I started sweeping the floors at our Nephi location when I was about eight years old,” Patrick tells me. ”The longevity of the employees at PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI is a reason to consider us the next time you need a tune up, an oil change, or a new or used car. We really enjoy what we’re doing and where we’re working. We’re certain our loyal, qualified associates add to our client’s ownership experience.”
I want customers to know that we treat our customers like family. If they’re having their vehicle worked on, and they need to run and errand, we will loan them a car so they don’t have to sit and wait. We really just want people to be treated the way we would expect to be treated,” says Patrick.
So there you go: PAINTER’S MITSUBISHI. Now you know what I know about the business. You know about their history, and their services. You know about their commitment to customer satisfaction.
