Bin Biz LLC

Salt Lake County, West Jordan, Utah, Salt Lake County, United States

Business Details

Garbage can cleaning and sanitation:  It’s a brand new type of business. The whole idea is to prevent disease and remove that smell.

This is a growing business model with new operators getting into it every day. But, I have found a company I trust to do the job:  Bin Biz LLC.

This is a trusted company of mine because I have investigated the background of both the company and its owner, Shawn Holbrook.  We investigated business records, and business licensing and insurance. We investigated court records at both the state and federal level. And we vetted the customers of Bin Biz.

“…we are making…your environment completely sanitary…”

Shawn Holbrook, Owner, Bin Biz, LLC

As a result, I am proud to endorse, recommend, and stand by this company as Gephardt Approved.

“I have actually found the service to be a life-changing experience,” Bin Biz customer Emily Winmill told me. “In the past, I put up with the smell. Now, I open the can and it smells clean, and I don’t feel like the neighbor who is stinking up the neighborhood!!”

“We have customers who say just that,” says Bin Biz owner Shawn Holbrook. “We are making a smelly, dirty, bacteria contaminated part of your environment completely sanitary and disease free.”

“…They’ve been really professional with me…”

Jordan Young, Customer, Bin Biz, LLC

You should see the process Shawn uses:  It’s this rather large machine that grabs garbage cans off the ground and cleans them with high-pressure 200-degree water.  And then, the machine completely reclaims 100% of the water. “Our system actually contains a six-step filtration system so that we’re able to re-use and recycle that water and leave nothing behind.”

Then the last step before returning your garbage can to the curb is final sanitation and deodorization.

“It’s top notch,” says West Jordan customer Christa Morrill.  “I look forward to the next cleaning.”

Shawn explained that if that bacteria-contaminated water is left on the ground or put in storm sewers, there is a blue-green algae that grows.  “It can kill wild animals or pets.  It can make family members sick.  We make sure none of that is left behind.”

“…It’s inexpensive…”

Bin Biz also uses that eco-friendly process to pressure wash and surface clean walkways and driveways in front of homes and businesses.  “The system we use also allows us to do inside garage concrete.  Essentially, we have a vacuum system that actually sucks up the water we use, rather than leaving it to puddle.  Again, we put that water through a six-stage filtration system.”

Shawn says they can specialize in such things as cleaning storefronts, shopping carts, playgrounds, and about anything you can think of.

“They really keep it clean,” says customer Jordan Young.  “They’ve been really professional with me.”

All of the Bin Biz customers I’ve talked to say the price is right, and certainly worth every penny compared to the bother of occasionally cleaning garbage cans yourself.

“It’s inexpensive,” says customer Emily.  “And it’s so nice to have my garbage cans smelling yummy!”

So, there you go:  Bin Biz LLC.

Now you know some of the things I found out about the company.  Now you know our background investigation revealed an owner I trust.  And now you know what Bin Biz customers told me.  So, now you know why I trust and endorse this company, and I’m proud to declare Bin Biz LLC as Gephardt Approved.
